For over 20 years, I worked as an executive for multinational companies such as Kraft Foods, Colgate-Palmolive, and Philips, and as the co-founder and CEO of a company with over 250 stores in 5 countries.

Since my spiritual transformation in 2001, I have realized that given the amount of time each person spends earning a living, business and career can be some of the most effective tools of influence that can help people learn the Truth. This approach is called "Business as Mission”. My corporate experience, combined with the study and research of God's Word, has helped me build a concept that allows almost any endeavor — whether business, career, or ministry — to be transformed into "Business as Mission" and do more than just perform certain actions. Instead, it is about creating a legacy, something that has a horizon wider than a person's life and affects the minds and souls of all involved!

After Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, I led the “World Partners" Charitable Foundation and use this approach to serve people in critical need. Ultimately, "Business as Mission" is nothing more than living the Gospel message through practical action, demonstrating God’s principles of leadership, integrity, and compassion in every project you undertake, whether in the marketplace or in humanitarian aid.

The Tabouret Principle is more than just a book — it’s a framework for impactful leadership. If the message of the book resonates with you and your team, I invite you to take the next step. Let's explore how we can partner together through a dedicated training session or strategic consulting to bring these transformative principles directly into your organization.

Today, many entrepreneurs and leaders build businesses, careers, and ministries with a desire to make an impact—but often feel unstable and overwhelmed. When a business is reduced to profit rather than mission, the system weakens, the team loses engagement, and true impact disappears. As a result, organizations fail to scale, leaders burn out, and businesses miss out on the opportunity to transform people and society.

That’s why I wrote THE POWER OF THE TABOURET PRINCIPLE—about how to build a sustainable Business As a Mission (BAM), where the system, team, and followers are united by a common purpose, values, and vision. If you want your business to not only generate profit but also have a lasting spiritual and social impact—this book is for you.

We encourage you to leave a positive review to ensure the bookstores show this title to more people.
